DETENTION AND FREE
DAYS
From Karachi
till Peshawar (Torkhum) 05 days transit time, Total 05 Days
will be given and after 05 days if due to exemption letter,
Rahdari ,Seal, Elm-o-Khabar or any documents problem problem
from your side Rs.3000/- will be charged per day per vehicle.
KABUL
Arrival at Kabul
one day will be free on the date of arrival at Kabul, second day
will be free at the time of offloading date, So 2 days will be
free at Kabul.
BAGRAM
Arrival at Kabul
1st Day will be free on the date of arrival, Second
day will be free the date of departure for Bagram, Third day at
the time of offloading date, so 3 days will be free at Bagram.
KHANDAHAR
One day at
Chaman Border, One day at wash border, One day at Kandahar
Gumruk, One day at the time of offloading date, so 3 days will
be free at Khandhar.
ACCIDENT
In case of
accident in Pakistan or Afghanistan, We will inform immediately
to the concern about accident, Place of accident or wareabouts,
so as to enable them to send their representative at place of
accident for inspection to determine the cause of accident and
the extent of damages to the containers and its contents. We
will take all the necessary precautions to save cargo at place
of accident and by providing Photographs of accident to the
concern. We will not accept any claim of cargo damages regarding
accident. We will not be responsible for any claim occur due to
terrorism, bomb blast or any god act or any natural disaster or
forced damage.
INSURANCE
Without insurance no cargo will
be transported.
THEFT & PERFORCE
Regarding theft
of cargo in Pakistan, We will lodge FIR immediately after
informing you and Physically will hold truck along with driver
and in tribal areas (FATA) or any tribal area inside Pakistan,
We will immediately inform you and will lodge Application to the
said Political agent. Asst. Political agent and to the Sardar’s
of the GIRGA of that area and will hold physically the truck
along with driver. And in Afghanistan we will inform you to take
necessary action by your Afghanistan office. We will not accept
any sought of claim of theft in side Pakistan and in
Afghanistan.
